Samaroo is a user-friendly app designed to manage and update event delegates efficiently. To begin, sign in and create your event by uploading a banner image and entering key details such as title, location, time zone, and schedule. Once submitted, the event page is created. Next, add administrators by selecting from suggested emails or inviting new ones using the 'Manage' option. Then, create the homepage with a banner, tagline, and event description, followed by uploading organizer details—logo, name, and a description sourced from the IBEForuM website. In the guest management section, set up tickets for different categories: Green for sponsors/speakers, Red for organizers, Purple for delegates, and Blue for workshops. Customize each ticket with availability, time, and promotional options. Under communications, reuse templates from previous events and assign both email and WhatsApp communications to specific ticket types. Finally, upload guest data using a provided Excel template. Once submitted, guests move from a pending to an approved list upon acceptance, marking the completion of Day 1 setup.
